Presentation and discussion on making commuter rail a reality in Lexington and surrounding area

When: Sunday, September 17, 2:00-4:00 p.m.
Where: Conference Room B (2nd floor), Central Public Library, 140 E. Main, Lexington, KY

The Rail Passenger Association (railpassengers.org) is pleased to be working with those in our neighborhood who have been pushing for light rail. RPA staff will be zooming in to give us background information about their organization, tell us how they’ve worked with other communities to grow their passenger rail service, and advise us of how we can do the same. Following the presentation, the floor will be open for Q&A, and then discussions in small groups.

Refreshments will be served. Hope you’ll be able to come. If you have any questions or comments you can write to Rebecca Glasscock at pensacolapark@gmail.com
