Prior to digging any holes, I will call 811 to ensure no utility lines are under the digging area. I agree that l will dig the planting hole if I receive a free tree. I understand that neighborhood volunteers will deliver and plant the tree in that planting hole. (Details to follow if you are awarded a tree.) I understand that due to safety concerns, our planting volunteers cannot plant in backyards. They can only plant in the front yard or the verge. If the homeowner wants to plant their own tree in the backyard, please let us know in the message box below. I understand that I am responsible for the care of the planted tree.
